Vybenix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Vybenix platform that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Content Ownership Statement

Vybenix acts as a curated platform. We strive to ensure all media hosted on our servers is either heavily modified/transformed for the aesthetic purposes of the platform, falls under fair use, is licensed properly, or is provided by creators directly. However, if you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the platform, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below.

Reporting a Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with the exact URL(s) on Vybenix where the material can be found.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response Timelines & Repeat Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, Vybenix will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 to 72 hours.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Vybenix has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
